Clinibase collects the details you enter in this form, including information about the condition or trial you are interested in, which may be health information. We use it to assess which clinical trials may suit you, to contact you about your enquiry, and to refer you to the researchers and trial sites running those trials. We also share limited information with service providers who support our operations, and some researchers and servers are located outside Australia. If you choose not to provide these details, we may not be able to match you to a trial. Our Privacy Policy explains how to access or correct your information and how to make a complaint.
