To refer through this program, you need to be registered on the Clinibase database, and have been provided a Unique Referral ID.
For every Referral that arrives for an in-person screening visit at the trial site, you will receive $50, and if that Referral enrols and participates in the study, you will receive another $200.
You can refer multiple people and be paid for multiple enrolled Referrals – there is NO cap!
Your Unique Referral ID is important. This allows us to reimburse you for each Referral you make. Please ensure the participant/s you refer provide your Unique Referral ID when they communicate with Clinibase. If your Unique Referral ID is not recorded in your Referral’s profile, we are unable to reimburse you.
You cannot advertise for any studies. The referral program is provided with a ‘fair use’ understanding that there must be an existing relationship with every referral. Spam, bulk, or wholesale referrals are not eligible for this program.
The referral maintains all rights for informed consent and the right to participate on a trial or not, and can change their mind at any time. Any coercion is a violation of the ethical policies that govern clinical trials.
Referral fees will be processed on a fortnightly basis.
For each person you refer, you are eligible to receive up to one arrival payment and one enrolment payment.
