Joining a clinical trial with Clinibase is designed to be clear and supported from the very beginning. Once you register your interest, our team guides you through each step - from your first phone consultation to your clinical visit and study participation - so you always know what to expect.
Phone Consultation
Once you've registered, a member of our friendly recruitment team will contact you. They'll share detailed information about the study, address your queries, and also ask you a few questions to determine if you meet the study's eligibility requirements.
Initial Clinic Visit
During your first clinic visit, you will have the chance to meet with one of our knowledgeable doctors who can answer your questions in more detail. If you then decide to participate in the study, you'll sign the Patient Information and Consent Form. After that, our doctor will conduct a thorough medical check to confirm your suitability for the trial.
Begin the Study and Attend Follow-up Visits
Participation in the study involves taking a medication or vaccine (some studies may also include a placebo), along with periodic clinic visits for routine medical check-ups, such as blood sampling and vital signs monitoring. Rest assured, you will be compensated for your time and any travel costs associated with these clinic visits.
